Reebok Chile had built a loyal following across social media and a well-stocked VTEX-powered online store, but the two existed in separate worlds. Social engagement rarely translated into on-site purchases, and the traditional product grid experience on reebok.cl did little to convey the energy, culture, and community that define the Reebok brand. With a physical retail network across Chile and Latin America, the team saw an untapped opportunity to bring the in-store energy online. However, they lacked the tools to connect interactive storytelling with shoppable experiences at scale, leaving incremental revenue and organic traffic gains on the table.

Reebok Chile partnered with Terrific to deploy a full live shopping experience directly on reebok.cl, combining in-store energy with on-site commerce tools that turned viewers into buyers.
Site-Wide Live Promotion
Reebok promoted upcoming live shopping events across its entire site with a pop-up banner announcing exclusive discounts and scheduled streams. This drove awareness among organic site visitors and created anticipation, ensuring maximum attendance at every session.
Discounts & Flash Offers
Temporary discounts and quiz-related gift mechanics kept viewers engaged throughout the broadcast. Secret item reveals and timed promotions created urgency, driving real-time add-to-cart behavior and boosting conversion rates.
Polls & Audience Engagement
Interactive polls invited viewers to vote on their favorite wardrobe items and product preferences. This two-way interaction transformed passive viewers into active participants, generating first-party preference data while increasing session duration and engagement rates.
Multi-Stream Broadcasting
Reebok simultaneously broadcast live shopping sessions on their owned site and restreamed to Instagram, maximizing reach without fragmenting the shopping experience. Viewers on social were funneled back to reebok.cl where the full shoppable experience lived.
