お客様が当社のサービスの利用中に何らかの種類の個人データを当社に提供する場合、お客様は、当該個人データを当社と共有するために法的に必要とされるすべての許可と許可を得ていることを確認する責任があります。

3A. InstagramおよびMeta連携
本プラットフォームの一部機能（「ソーシャルインポート」）により、出品者（Seller）はMetaの認証サービス（Instagram Login / Meta OAuth）を通じてInstagramのBusinessまたはCreatorアカウントをTerrificに接続できます。当社のMetaアプリケーション（「Media Importer」またはその後継名称）に対し、お客様のInstagramアカウントへのアクセスを許可した場合、当社はMetaから受領するプラットフォームデータ（Platform Data）を以下のとおり取り扱います。

Instagramから収集する情報
InstagramユーザーID、ユーザー名、アカウント種別；
接続を維持するために必要なアクセストークンおよび関連する有効期限情報；
お客様が付与した権限の範囲で利用可能なメディアおよび関連メタデータ（例：メディア識別子、キャプション、メディアURL、サムネイル、タイムスタンプ）。当社は、出品者がカルーセルおよび関連する本プラットフォーム機能で当該コンテンツを取り込み・表示できるよう、これらをダウンロードして保存することがあります。

本データの利用方法
当社は、接続を開始した出品者のためにソーシャルインポートおよび関連する本プラットフォームサービスを提供・運用する目的に限り、Instagram / Metaのプラットフォームデータを使用します。具体的には、アカウント認証、対象メディアの同期、取り込んだアセットの当社インフラへの保存、出品者のカルーセル／体験への表示、ならびに連携の維持・セキュリティ確保・トラブルシューティングです。当社はInstagram / Metaのプラットフォームデータを販売せず、無関係な広告プロフィールの構築にも使用しません。

共有
Instagram / Metaのプラットフォームデータは、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲に限り、当社のサービス提供者（ホスティング、ストレージ／CDN、セキュリティ提供者等）により処理されることがあり、またInstagram連携が行われたストア／アカウントの出品者に対して利用可能となることがあります。当社は、認可されたAPI接続の運用に必要な範囲を超えて、本データをMetaと共有しません。

切断または削除の請求方法
お客様（またはアカウントを接続した出品者）は、出品者アカウント内のソーシャルインポート設定から本プラットフォームとInstagramの接続を解除でき、かつ／またはInstagram / Metaのアカウント設定から当社アプリのアクセスを削除できます。また、support@terrificlive.com までご連絡いただくことで、当社が保有する個人データ／プラットフォームデータの削除を請求できます。

MetaからInstagramユーザーに関するデオーソライズまたはデータ削除のコールバックを受領した場合、または関連するMeta権限へのアクセスが削除された場合、当社は保有する関連のInstagram接続データ（アクセストークンおよびアカウント連携を含む）を削除または関連付け解除し、Metaのデータ削除要請に該当する場合には、法令またはセキュリティ／紛争対応のために必要な限定的な保存を除き、当該Instagramユーザーに関連する取り込まれたメディアも削除します。当社はかかる削除を速やかに完了するよう努め、いずれの場合もMetaのPlatform Termsおよび適用法令が求める期限内（該当する場合は90日以内を含む）に完了します。

The Policy also describes the choices available to You regarding Our use of Your Personal Data and how You can access and update it. 

Please note that this Platform Privacy Policy needs to be read in conjunction with the User License Agreement (the "ULA" - https://www.terrificlive.com/company-pages/terms-conditions), between Us and the You.

The Services are provided jointly by Us and the Seller as described in the ULA. You acknowledge that for the provision of the Services, information collected about You on the Platform, including Personal Data will be shared with the Seller to facilitate the Services. By accepting this policy, and your use of the Platform You direct Us to disclose Your Personal Data to the Seller. 

You are not legally required to provide Us with any Personal Data. However, not providing us with certain Personal Data may prevent us from providing You with our Services. 

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a Seller, you represent that you have the authority to operate on behalf of the Seller. 

If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, You must not accept this Policy and may not access and use the Platform and Services. By accessing and using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

We, or others on our behalf, may collect following types of Personal Data about You in the following circumstances:

  • When You visit and use our Platform.
  • When a Seller connects a social media account (such as Instagram) to the Platform.

  • When You interact with Us in any manner, including by sending Us messages through third-party messaging applications, and through Our Platform.

When You provide Us with any type of Personal Data during Your use of Our Services, You are responsible for making sure You have the all authorization and permission legally required to share this Personal Data with Us.

We, or others on our behalf, may collect the following types of Personal Data about You:

  • Registration Data: Whenever you apply to register to our Platform, you may provide us Personal Data such as your full name and contact details (email address and phone number).
  • Platform activity: Whenever you use the Platform or Services, we monitor Your use and record Your activity on the Platform. The information that we gather about You in this context includes any activity that you perform on the Platform, such as your interactions with others,  dates and times on which You use the Platform, your interaction with the Sellers products and Seller, etc.
  • Usage data: We collect or gather certain technical data concerning Your use of the Platform. This information includes online activity log, traffic information (including, without limitation, IP address, time of access, date of access, web and mobile pages visited, language used, type of browser used, information regarding the device You used, etc. 
  • Communication information: When you contact us, through any channel of any kind, you may provide us with Your full name, e-mail address and the content of your application in respect of which you communicate with us. The correspondences or other communications that you will hold with our representatives may be recorded or otherwise documented.
  • Aggregate Information: We may create statistical, aggregated and anonymized data relating to Users for analytical purposes. Aggregated data is derived from Personal Data but in its aggregated form it does not relate to or identify any particular individual or any specific user’s data. This data is used to develop, improve and market our Services.

  1. Instagram and Meta integrations

Certain Platform features (“Social Import”) allow a Seller to connect an Instagram Business or Creator account to Terrific through Meta’s authentication services (Instagram Login / Meta OAuth). If you authorize our Meta application (“Media Importer” or any successor name) to access your Instagram account, we process Platform Data received from Meta as described below.

  • Instagram user ID, username, and account type;
  • Access tokens and related token expiry information required to keep the connection active;
  • Media and related metadata available under the permissions you grant (for example media identifiers, captions, media URLs, thumbnails, and timestamps), which we may download and store so the Seller can import and display that content in carousels and related Platform features.
  • Communication information: When you contact us, through any channel of any kind, you may provide us with Your full name, e-mail address and the content of your application in respect of which you communicate with us. The correspondences or other communications that you will hold with our representatives may be recorded or otherwise documented.

How we use this data

We use Instagram / Meta Platform Data solely to provide and operate Social Import and related Platform services for the Seller that initiated the connection: authenticating the account, synchronizing eligible media, storing imported assets on our infrastructure, displaying them in the Seller’s carousel/experience, and maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the integration. We do not sell Instagram / Meta Platform Data, and we do not use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Sharing

Instagram / Meta Platform Data may be processed by our service providers (such as hosting, storage/CDN, and security providers) solely as needed to deliver the Services, and may be available to the Seller within whose store/account the Instagram connection was made. We do not share this data with Meta beyond what is required to operate the authorized API connection.

How to disconnect or request deletion

You (or the Seller who connected the account) may disconnect Instagram from the Platform using the Social Import settings in the Seller’s account, and/or remove our app’s access in Instagram / Meta account settings. 3A. Instagram and Meta integrations

Certain Platform features (“Social Import”) allow a Seller to connect an InstagramBusiness or Creator account to Terrific through Meta’s authentication services(Instagram Login / Meta OAuth). If you authorize our Meta application (“Media Importer”or any successor name) to access your Instagram account, we process Platform Datareceived from Meta as described below.

What we collect from Instagram

  • Instagram user ID, username, and account type;
  • Access tokens and related token expiry information required to keep the connection active;
  • Media and related metadata available under the permissions you grant (for example media identifiers, captions, media URLs, thumbnails, and timestamps), which we may download and store so the Seller can import and display that content in carousels and related Platform features.

How we use this data

We use Instagram / Meta Platform Data solely to provide and operate Social Import andrelated Platform services for the Seller that initiated the connection: authenticatingthe account, synchronizing eligible media, storing imported assets on our infrastructure,displaying them in the Seller’s carousel/experience, and maintaining, securing, andtroubleshooting the integration. We do not sell Instagram / Meta Platform Data, and wedo not use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Sharing

Instagram / Meta Platform Data may be processed by our service providers (such ashosting, storage/CDN, and security providers) solely as needed to deliver the Services,and may be available to the Seller within whose store/account the Instagram connectionwas made. We do not share this data with Meta beyond what is required to operate theauthorized API connection.

How to disconnect or request deletion

You (or the Seller who connected the account) may disconnect Instagram from the Platformusing the Social Import settings in the Seller’s account, and/or remove our app’s accessin Instagram / Meta account settings. You may also request deletion of Personal Data /Platform Data we hold by contacting us at support@terrificlive.com.
